PAYMENT METHODS
Payment via cash on delivery
Make your purchases and we will ship your order the same day, provided it is placed before 4:00 PM, via ACS Courier or BOX NOW depending on your preference.
By choosing ACS Courier, payment via cash on delivery is made upon receipt, either in cash to the ACS driver or in store with cash or debit/credit card.
The cash on delivery method has an additional charge of €2.00, in addition to shipping costs (€3.50), bringing the total cost to €5.50.
With the BOX NOW option, the cash on delivery service is called BOX NOW PAY ON THE GO and is a digital cash on delivery exclusively with a Viva Wallet payment link that the customer receives on their mobile phone via viber/sms. In this case, there is no possibility of paying with cash.
The digital cash on delivery method has an additional charge of €1.00, in addition to shipping costs (€2.50), bringing the total cost to €3.50.
The cash on delivery service applies exclusively to shipments within Greece.
There is no possibility of cash on delivery for foreign orders..
Payment via credit/debit card
Payment via Viva Wallet
All payments made through the Viva Wallet electronic payment platform are processed with high security standards. Viva Wallet complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ensuring the protection of cardholder data. In addition, it uses advanced encryption technologies, such as asymmetric cryptographic techniques, key exchange protocols and tokenisation, to protect transactions and users' personal information.
Upon completion of your order, you will be transferred to Viva Wallet's secure platform, where you can select your desired payment method and complete your transaction securely.

Payment via PayPal
All payments made through the PayPal electronic payment platform are processed with high security standards. PayPal uses advanced encryption technologies, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, to protect users' personal and financial data.
Upon completing your order, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure platform, where you can select your desired payment method and complete your transaction securely.

Payment via bank deposit (transfer)) / (For wholesale customers only)
Make your purchases and pay either by depositing the amount at a bank branch to Heald's accounts, or via e-banking. Send us the proof of payment at info@heald.gr and we will immediately send you your products. Make sure to make payments from the same bank so that you are not charged additional interbank fees.

SHIPPING COSTS
SHIPMENTS WITHIN GREECE
For purchases up to 100.00€ shipping costs via BOX NOW Lockers are €2.5, while via ACS Courier €3.50.
For purchases over €100and above shipping costs are free via BOX NOW Lockers and ACS Courier.
The additional payment costs if you choose the cash on delivery method are €2.00 for ACS Courier, while €1.00 for BOX NOW PAY ON THE GO.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE GREECE
For international shipments, we work with UPS Courier. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the customer's address. Cash on delivery is not supported.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time depends on destination and UPS service selected. Typically, deliveries are made within 1-5 business days.
Regarding Cyprus, there is also the option of BOX NOW Lockers where the shipping costs are €9.00.
ORDER CANCELLATION
When and how can you cancel your order?
i. Before sending/receiving the product by sending an email to the email addressinfo@heald.gror by telephone at +30 215 215 8178
ii. After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days as long as the product has not been opened.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds (for paid orders) will be issued when the products are returned to us. If the returned product has been opened, damaged or worn out due to the customer's fault, no refund will be given.
Within 15 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it, as long as it has not been opened, by any shipping method you wish. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an email toinfo@heald.gras well as by phone at +30 215 215 8178.
We note that the exercise of the above right (sending the request and the product) must be carried out no later than within the above 15 calendar days (proof of date of shipment: the courier or post office stamp or in any other case). For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it is assumed that the product has not been opened, and that labels or markings on the products have not been removed.
Finally, all products must be returned in the excellent condition they were received in, without damage, without any defect (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging, accompanied by all necessary documents.
CHANGES-RETURNS POLICY
Product returns and exchanges are possible for purchases made directly from the Heald eshop, on all working days of the week and within 15 days from the date of purchase.
In case of a personal purchase, you should definitely have the receipt or invoice with you.
Returned products must be in their original condition (unopened, unused packaging), including all labels that identify the product. Otherwise, product returns cannot be accepted.
For returns of products purchased during a sale period, the price is considered to be the price in effect on the date of purchase. In case you wish to replace a product purchased at a discount with another one also sold at a discount, the difference in price of the two products is paid in cash or by bank transfer by the customer, depending on whether the new selected product is cheaper or more expensive.
If you wish to return a product during a sale period, but the product was purchased without a discount, the original price of the product will apply for the exchange.
If you wish to return an item purchased without a discount during a discount period, then the exchange will be made at the original prices (before the discount) of both products.
