To fully extract the active ingredients of the herbs and terpenes, follow these instructions:

1. Boil water in the kettle.
2. Pour the hot water (90-95°C) over the tea bag or 1 teaspoon of the blend (Approx. 1 gram).
3. Let it steep for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Optionally, add a little milk, coconut oil, or honey for better terpene release.
5. Enjoy!
🔥 Simmering Method (For Maximum Extraction):
1. Bring water to a boil in a small pot, then reduce heat to 80-90°C.
2. Add the tea bag or 1 teaspoon of the blend (Approx. 1 gram) and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and let it sit for another 5 minutes before straining.
4. For a stronger flavor and effect, add a little milk or coconut oil.
💡 Note: Terpenes are lipophilic, meaning they dissolve better in fats. To enhance their extraction, opt for the simmering method or add a small amount of fat to your tea.

What does terpene-infused mean?
It is the process by which our blends are infused with terpenes solution to absorb flavor, aroma and properties. This is how the targeted effect is achieved (energy, relaxation, concentration, sleepiness).
Can I mix blends together?
Yes of course and you can combine blends to create a hybrid effect depending on the ratio you use.
Can I mix them with tobacco?
We don't recommend it. Tobacco contains >7,000 chemicals (250 toxic, 70 carcinogenic) that negate the benefits of blends. Use in combination with tobacco only if you wish for a smoother transition.
